I hope you are having a great weekend.
I wanted to send you a brief update regarding subtle changes we've made during the past 7 to 14 days and also to let you know about a very simple yet powerful option about to appear via the BZ9 FanPage builder.
Firstly, if you have used the drop-in feature via webmaster tools and short urls and also the HTML editors for the mobile website and regular website builder you will notice that we have now placed all video options under a new 'Add Video' button.
The functionality has not changed at all, but now you can access all video options (Screencast, GVO, YouTube and Easy Video Player) under one button.
We have also continued to add hundreds more background images for the FanPage builder.
Now for the 'simple' yet powerful new FanPage option...
With the new 810 wide timeline FanPages we have far more space to play with. So we have decided to add the facility so that you can insert a website address (URL) and have the website framed on facebook as a tab.
With this feature you will be able to set the height and width. This will then enable you to make the website being framed restricted to 810 wide so that no horizontal scroll bars appear.
This will have massive benefits for your FanPages, such as:
a) Create new FanPages extremely fast,
b) Use existing webpages without recreating (great for optin landing pages)
c) Being able to EASILY update and change pages seen on facebook for use with different campaigns
d) Creating 'mock-ups' of FanPages to show clients if you resell FanPages
Being able to demo a clients website as a FanPage by simply using their website address represents massive time savings and gives the opportunity to impress the client to get that sale...

Here is our weekly round up of updates which have taken place in the last week and things you can also look forward to...
There have been several small releases so please check through the list as any one of these if not all will enhance your use of BZ9.
- You can now add Google+ follow me tabs to your own websites via 'webmaster tools' and to short urls via BZ9 short urls. To utilize this new feature login to your account and go to 'webmaster tools' or 'my short urls' respectively.
- When you login you will now see that we have finally added an account status message giving the status of your account and number of days allocated to your account as either a reseller or regular upgraded account.
- We've added even more Facebook covers for you to download, check this blog post for full details.
- We've created Facebook thumbnails for you to download and use with your fanpages. Check this page to download.
- Inline with Facebook changes planned to take over at the end of this month your fanpages can now be created 810 wide. Check this blog post for full details.
- Improved navigation - when you login you will see that we have added 2 new pages under the 'website builder' and 'mobile marketing' sections which now allow you to download the Fanpage covers mentioned above, plus mobile headers to use with your mobile pages.
- On a negative note we have had to stop the free use of BZ9 short urls, more info on this is available here.
What can you look forward to?
Inline with the new 810 wide fanpages we will be adding new functionality so that you can adjust container sizes to increases borders for example.

Facebook timeline covers are now available for download in either XCF for Gimp or PSD for Photo Shop.
Included with your download will be 'Gimp' software to edit and personalise the Facebook covers.
We currently have 19 available covers with more being added on a regular basis.
Below are a few examples to wet your appetite.
All covers are supplied blank with no BZ9 branding, ready to add your own brand and business or personal message.

You will require an upgraded account in order to download the Facebook timeline covers.
URGENT: Due to problems caused by spammers we have today been forced to cease the free use of BZ9 short urls.
If you have an upgraded account your use of BZ9 short urls remain unaffected.
Free accounts now have a banner placed across the webpages asking you to upgrade.
I do apologize for giving such short notice but this decision has been forced upon us by the continued abuse of the system by professional spammers.
If you have any concerns regrading this or have large quantities of BZ9 short urls please get in contact with us ASAP as we are here to assist you.

In line with the new Facebook timeline you now have the option to keep existing FanPages set at either 520 wide or the new 810 width.
Any newly built pages will now automatically be built at the new width of 810 wide.
NOTE: Intelligent Navigation Bars are not controlled by the option to set the page size, these are already set at the new 810 width.
Following testing today we went through an entire set of 12 Fanpages, resize them and made minor tweaks to borders within 10 minutes so this can be achieved very quickly.
You may still of course want to make other changes to take advantage of the new width but to set the pages to the new size is very quick and easy.
Instructions to change page size are as follows:
1) After logging into your account go the 'FanPage Manager' and locate the page you want to work on. Click the 'pencil' edit mark and you will see the usual screen except that for new fanpages the working area will now be set to approx. 800 wide and for existing pages you will see a red 'Resize Page' button. If you want to resize the page click this and then confirm on the pop up screen.
This will instantly resize the page.
Once resized generally very few changes are required as the process simply spreads the content proportionality.
